According to the company Microsoft, the new operating system (OS) Windows 7 could be replaced in a considerable time to the unbeatable Windows XP. Recall that the company of Bill Gates has always wanted to replace definitively computers this latest OS and undertook the task with Windows Vista, which proved a failure. Very soon Vista users disappointed is this OS, many returned to the XP and the reasons are obvious and a waste of time commenting. Recently Microsoft announced that Windows XP would have stand alone until the year 2014 (pardon if I am mistaken in the year, but is there), however, more recently receded in your ad and you gave more life to the popular XP. However, the desire for Microsoft, as he has already said publicly, is to replace the XP of every computer in the world and thus I have read explicitly in his blog. I can’t find what the problem that has Microsoft with Windows XP have long life and by now only I can think that the interest of bury it is commercial and image question.
Of image because in technology, innovation and renewal is vital, and maintain an OS that soon meet a current decade should not be something innovative for a company of this magnitude technology. Now well, are why Microsoft has not succeeded in replacing the Windows XP? Not yet arrived, nor find a definitive answer to this question, but in my humble opinion I believe that the reasons are intangible: XP was born with the explosion of information and communication technologies and in particular with the boom of the Internet, i.e., born in the time, place and time, precise, accurate and fair, becoming very versatile and essential and these reasons may be making it difficult for his replacement. On the other hand, I also believe that it is still too early to say that Windows 7, which barely was born last year, will definitely replace the XP, but the acceptance that has had and that’s why Microsoft ventured to such prediction nor be ignored.
